After graduating in food science and technology, he immediately began working in the restaurant business, managing everything related to food safety and related regulatory compliance. In particular, he follows the entire part of HACCP and offers training to operators in the food sector, using a practical and passionate approach. His motto: " Training and refresher are the most powerful weapons you can have".

Over the years he has worked as first experience at the Principe di Savoia Hotel, Excelsior in the gallery of the course, Dolce & Gabbana bistrot, Armani Hotel and Antonello Colonna as last experience.
